Can the Hearview glasses translate languages?

Does the glasses have built-in Bluetooth? Can the glasses connect to a smartphone?

Yes, it has built-in Bluetooth and connects to a smartphone via Bluetooth for interaction.

Do the glasses have a recording function?

The glasses do not have a recording function. Recording content is obtained and transcribed through the connected smartphone.

Are all subtitles saved on the phone?

The transcribed subtitle content is saved on the phone and supports export in Word, PDF, and TXT formats.

Do the glasses need Wi-Fi?

The glasses themselves do not require Wi-Fi to operate. However, your smartphone will need an internet connection to sync and save the subtitle data.

Are the glasses waterproof?

The glasses do not have waterproof capabilities, so we advise keeping them dry.

Do the glasses have noise-canceling features?

Yes, the glasses have noise-canceling features.

How well do they work in crowded or loud places?

Hearview glasses are designed to perform effectively in noisy or crowded environments. The voice-to-text feature in the Hearview app focuses on individual voices and uses speaker segmentation in cross-talk situations.

1. Subtitles will be labeled as Speaker 1, Speaker 2, and so on.

2. The glasses can recognize up to 10 different speakers, making it easier to follow conversations in group settings.

The projected subtitles are green. Can the color be changed?

The glasses are single-color and cannot change colors.

How do the prescription frames work?

Hearview glasses are fully compatible with prescription lenses. They come with a removable lens frame that you can take to your local optician to have your prescription lenses fitted. Once ready, the frame easily reattaches to the glasses, allowing you to enjoy clear vision and advanced technology seamlessly.

How can I get the Sunglasses Clip?

The Sunglasses Clip, which is magnetic, is available as an optional accessory for an extra cost. You can purchase it on our website.

Can the captions be moved from the right lens to the left lens for users?

Currently, the captions are only displayed on the right lens. However, we’ve forwarded this concern to our technical team and hope to provide an updated solution in the future.

Can I use HSA to purchase these glasses?

Unfortunately, our glasses are not currently covered by HSA or any insurance. We are actively working to make this possible in the future and hope to have our glasses included in insurance coverage soon. We appreciate your understanding!

Warranty

The product has a free warranty for 1 year from the date of receipt. After 1 year, paid warranty services are available.
