In ASL, "many" is signed by holding both hands in front of your body with fingers spread apart, palms facing each other, and moving them outward while closing the fingers slightly. This shows lots. The sign can be changed by your face and how big you make the movement to show different amounts of "many." It's a sign you'll see everywhere. This sign is one of the first things new signers learn because people use it all the time in daily life.
